me: writing a personal statement for a grad school application
In Dangerous Minds a blond white woman with ‘street smarts’ and a smokin’ tight bod, teaches underprivileged youth that poetry, while appearing timid to the layperson, can help them slay the dragons in their downtrodden lives, while giving them hope for the future; also kncok before you enter and karate. While I am not Michelle Pfeiffer, I do have a smokin’ tight bod and the passion for young folks.
