Somebody on my forum is a guy that I went to high school with. He at some point announced to the forums, “You know, Coulton was not that much of a geek in high school. He was kind of one of the popular kids.”… that was a weird moment for me, because I was like, “Well, you know, he’s right. it’s not like I was getting swirlies and shut in lockers by jocks in high school.” I always felt inside like a geek, and when I was masquerading as one of the popular kids, I felt like it could fall apart at any moment.
