And When it seems everyone thinks one way, and says one thing. Think another, because it’s in those moments that you find what you believe in and why you wake up in the morning. It’s in those moments that you learn you have to earn the right to be heard, to be understood, and most of all to have an opinion of your own. Found from personal reflection, study of issues relevant to you, and dialogue with people you respect.
(Please note, anyway to voice their thoughts, what’s truly relevant in my point, is if people actually listen.)
There are only so many days I can read one sided, judgemental words without feeling the tinyest bit annoyed. It’s in those fleeting moments (fleeting because I can’t afford to dwell) that I really learn who I am, who I’m becoming and the type of person I want, and if I work hard enough, can be.
