1. Children Dancing Insanely Well
Maybe this is a cultural thing, but when I see Riverdance and Celtic Women on PBS they don’t parade their youth om stage to outshine them.
2. Champagne
So I can see how Champagne is oppulent and just so over the top and frivolous that a group of adult males all hanging out just HAVE to pop a bottle or four.
3. Creating a New Dance Craze
Who wouldn’t want to be the founding father of the slickest new dance move that might just create a slew unplanned children.
4. Really Unrealistic Technology Use
Imagine a visual effects guy getting the notice he’s got a new project to work on - elation. Then they tell him it’s a cheese ass rap video - grief. There’s got to be a disconnect between rap video directors and the technology consultants and/or visual effects folks, I can hear it now: “yo, can you make that look more realer and shiny and stuff?”
5. Driving Scenes
There’s always a driving scene of some sort. It gives the viewers this impression of hyper productive rap crews driving like 18 hours a day, seeing family, getting haircuts, going to get new shoes/clothes/grills (teeth), or of course going to “da club.”
