I’ve never felt that the human body properly processes food and various other things it comes into contact with in an efficient manner.
A year (or so it seems) back a friend told me about the 4 hr work week book. Since then I’ve become a fan of Tim Ferriss.
In on of his blogs people asked him about supplements and in the answers he wrote to take the following supplements:
Niacin 500mg (Slo-Niacin is crucial)
Chromium Polynicotinate 200mcg
Policosanol 25mg
I’ve taken these with one slight variation. I take 20mg Policosanol and an Omega 3 - CoQ10 Supplement with an addition 5mg Policosanol. I couldn’t find a 25 mg Policosanol pill/tablet out there.
The weight loss has been substantial (10-15 lbs in 2 months) and my blood pressure is near perfect.
This should be taken BEFORE BED. I just took it and remembered that Niacin does have a creepy side effect at times that makes you a tad flush.
