I’m getting to a point working with companies and organizations where I realize that a start-up’s success is really measured in taking the shortest and most precise steps early on.
The distance from A-B has to be surgical and well researched and defined. Regardless of where you wind up when you get to Z, the steps early on have to be rigid.
I’m all about ambiguity and wiggle room, but in hindsight, a rigid structure can equal freedom on many levels.
